- These terms and conditions are between Colin Cheshire and the user (hereafter referred to as the client) of this website.
- Use of this website constitutes the clients acceptance of these terms and conditions which take effect each time you make a payment to Colin Cheshire.
- These terms and conditions may be changed at any time without notice. Please check before making payments that you agree to these terms and conditions.
- Clients may forfeit their payments if they do not inform Colin Cheshire, by email, of their need to cancel a session 24 hours prior to their appointed time.
- Any session postponed will be booked at a later date.
- Colin Cheshire will only repond to clients living in the United Kingdom, with a landline telephone number.
- All 50 minute sessions will be by landline telephone only. All other communications will be by email.
- Even though Colin Cheshire will endeavour to meet all appointments, he will not be held accountable for missing a session.
- Any missed session by Colin Cheshire will be re-appointed.
- Only clients aged 18 and over will be allowed to participate.
- Colin Cheshire and the client agree that the matters discussed in the sessions will be totally confidential, except as may be required by law.
- Colin Cheshire and the client are free to terminate the relationship at any time and for any reason.
- Failure to pay for a session 4 hours before the appointed time, will result in the session being postponed.
